Procedure:

  1. Add phase (A) and heat to 75-80 °C.
  2. Adjusts the pH of phase (A) a range of 4.0 – 4.5 using phase (B).
  3. Keep the phases (A + B) under stirring for 30 minutes.
  4. Add phase (C) into (A + B).
  5. Mix phase (D) and heat to 75-80°C.
  6. Emulsify phase (D) into (A+B+C) under stirring.
  7. Start to cool down under medium stirring. Add phase (E) below 35°C.
  8. Adjust pH-value with phase (F) if necessary
