Description

Phyto-pseudo-p53 Liposomes or P53 genes coordinate apoptosis (normal programmed cell death) to remove damaged cells, which appears as peeling or dry skin after a sunburn. which is important, as repeated sun exposure inhibits the cell turnover causing more extensive damage to already damaged cells. The importance of theP53 gene is immense as it is involved in many cellular functions including cell cycle inhibition, regulation of differentiation, transcription, DNA repair and apoptosis of cells sustaining DNA damage. P for protein and 53 for its molecular weight.

This ingredient is designed for gene replacing in ‘morning-after sunburn treatment’, designed to be incorporated into a cream that functions to reconstitute and supplement the p53 protein, not to replace current sun protection creams.  Phyto-pseudo-p53 by Campo
