PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare phase A and B separately and heat up to 75-80°C;
2. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra)
3. Cool down the emulsion till 40°C under gentle stirring and add phase C;
4. Adjust the pH between 6.5 – 7.0 with phase D if necessary.
