Procedure for Juicy Strawberry Sparkling Lip Oil

1. Add Phase A ingredients to vessel while medium speed mixing until uniform.
2. Decrease mixing speed and slowly add Phase B to Phase A to avoid aeration. Mix until uniform.
3. While maintaining mixing speed, add Phase C to Phase AB until uniform.
4. Fill components.
 
*If aeration occurs, slow sweep until bubbles have moved to top of batch and dissipated
