Heat Phase A to 85º ± 5ºC, while medium speed mixing until uniform.

  1. Prepare Phase B colorants by dispersing in Dermol DISM via colloid or roller mill.
  2. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  3. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  4. While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  5. Drop temperature to 70ºC ± 5ºC, add Phase D to Phase ABC while medium speed mixing until uniform.
