Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer orders. The process will include entering the order, coordinating with shipping department, following up with purchasing, communicating with customers and troubleshooting problems. Major responsibilities will be manage and analyze customer accounts, Monitor logistics of order fulfillment, generate quotes and assist with sample requests, match paperwork and file research business opportunities with current customers and keep sales staff advise of developments. We are seeking for a candidate between 3-5 years of customer service experience, chemical distribution experience would be great but not required.
